Madhuri Dixit
Madhuri dixit is an acclaimed Indian actress best known for her the roles she played in Hum Aapke Hai Koun. She began her career in the late 1980s, and rose to popularity with her role in Tezaab, a film in which she was a part of the cast with veteran actor Anil Kapoor. In the next film, Dil, Aamir Khan appeared alongside her. Born into a Mumbai middle-class family and began to dance when she was a child. Early in her life, when she started to perform as an actor, the majority of films she created weren't successful. Her fame grew and she became one of the top movie actresses. In the aftermath of her wedding, she took a brief time off from her acting career prior to returning. In the past, she was an important role in the film Gulaab Gang which was about the challenges faced by women in India. Dixit received fifteen Filmfare Awards nominations, of which, eight were awarded. She was also honored with her Padma Shri the fourth highest civilian honor in India. Her work in the field of social service is known to the world.
